Ella had her 6 month post chemo check up today at Children's hospital, which consists of an ultrasound, chest X-ray and blood work. Everything checked out great, praise God! There is "no evidence of disease." And, she does look great, in the past 6 months she's grown 2.4 inches so she's now 3ft. 10 inches (she's tall! ) and in the past 3 months has gained 3.7 lbs.
this picture was actually taken a little over a month ago. While in Boston's Public Gardens this butterfly landed on my shoulder, my mother's head and Ella's hand- where it sat for about 15 minutes. She actually continued our walk with the butterfly riding on her hand, as you can imagine it was a thrilling experience for her!
